Yandrey Rodriguez Diaz, Esquire, serves as a partner and founder of Rodriguez-Diaz & Marcelo, PA. Hailing from Cuba, Mr. Rodriguez-Diaz possesses a profound understanding of business culture in the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean, boasting fluency in both English and Spanish. Prior to establishing Rodriguez-Diaz & Marcelo, PA, he honed his expertise at Bresky Law, specializing in appeals and estate planning.

An immigrant himself, Mr. Rodriguez-Diaz arrived in the United States a decade ago, driven by the ambition to become an attorney in a land of freedom and to assist others in realizing their aspirations. Before his relocation, he practiced law in Cuba, obtaining a comprehensive education in both common and civil law systems. This dual foundation equips Mr. Rodriguez Diaz with the unique ability to counsel clients on transactions and projects spanning multiple jurisdictions, legal systems, and cultures. His extensive experience in the Cuban civil legal system, combined with his U.S. legal practice, seamlessly bridges the concepts of common law.

Having earned his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in December 2020 and subsequently passing the Florida Bar in February 2021, Rodriguez Diaz’s academic journey included a role as a research assistant for international environmental law issues and regulations. Selected for the Externship Program with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, he gained valuable experience in federal civil litigation. Additionally, Rodriguez Diaz holds a master’s degree in international law from the University of Miami School of Law, specializing in U.S. and Transnational Law for foreign-trained attorneys.

With over 20 Years of law practice, Liudmila Armas Marcelo, Esq. has built a reputation for her tireless advocacy on behalf of her clients.

Liudmila Armas Marcelo, Esquire, serves as a partner at Rodriguez-Diaz & Marcelo, PA. A native of Cuba, her profound understanding extends beyond the cultural, economic, and political landscapes of the U.S. to include Latin America and the Caribbean. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Ms. Marcelo previously contributed her legal expertise at The Law Office of Jan P. Weiss, PA, specializing in Immigration Law for three years.

An immigrant herself, Ms. Marcelo arrived in the United States a decade ago to pursue her dream of becoming an attorney in a country where the rule of law is revered. Her personal immigrant experience enhances her empathetic connection with the upbringing and struggles of fellow immigrants. Before her U.S. journey, Ms. Marcelo practiced law in Cuba and served as a university law professor for over a decade. Her legal education encompasses both common and civil law systems, providing her with a distinctive ability to advise clients on legal matters involving diverse jurisdictions, legal systems, and cultures.

Graduating Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University in May 2019 and passing the Florida Bar in July of the same year, Ms. Marcelo’s academic achievements were recognized with multiple Dean’s recognitions and scholarships. During her student years, she actively contributed as a member of the Board of the Foreign Lawyers Association of Nova (FLAN).
