Attorney Yandrey Rodriguez Diaz is the Founder and President of the Firm. Prior to creating Rodriguez-Diaz Law, he was an Associate Attorney at Bresky Law, one of the most respected Appellate and Estate Planning Law Firm in South Florida. Attorney Yandrey Rodriguez Diaz practiced law in Cuba before coming to the United States. His background and legal education in both common and civil law systems provides Rodriguez- Diaz with the ability to advise clients on transactions and projects involving multiple jurisdictions, legal systems, and cultures. His experience practicing law in Cuba for several years provides him with extensive knowledge of the civil legal system, especially in the areas of estate planning, contracts, and family law. A native of Cuba, Rodriguez-Diaz has an in-depth understanding of the immigration process and business culture in the U.S., Latin America, and the Caribbean. He is fluent in both Spanish and English.

Rodriguez Diaz received his law degree from the University of Miami School of Law, where he also served as a research assistant for international environmental law issues and regulations. He was selected to the Externship Program with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, where he gained experience and skills in federal civil litigation. Rodriguez Diaz also obtained a master’s degree in international law from the University of Miami School of Law, with specialization in U.S. and Transnational Law for foreign-trained Attorneys.
